From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the entire staff and made to feel right at home. Each one of them was exceptionally kind, positive, accommodating, and helpful. The resort’s commitment to preserving the environment is evident, providing a harmonious and sustainable retreat for its visitors.
This gorgeous property offers a number of amenities that go above and beyond the typical realm of a hotel stay in Mont Tremblant. During our 2 night stay this June, we soaked up every little bit of luxury that the Bel Air Tremblant had to offer.
Location: The Most Beautiful Hotel in Mont Tremblant
Located in the heart of the Mont Tremblant region in Québec, Bel Air Tremblant Resort is surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. Just minutes from the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort and the village, this resort is the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.
It is easily accessible from the Montréal International Airport via private car, taxi or bus. We rented a vehicle and drove to and from this remarkable area without issue, about 1.5 hours each way.
Mont Tremblant is renowned for its majestic mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and lush forests. Full of activities like hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing and skiing, the region offers a myriad of intrepid options.
Guests can also visit the nearby Mont Tremblant Village which boasts a vibrant and charming atmosphere. The quaint boutiques, bustling cafes, and lively entertainment are popular among travellers.
Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a combination of both, Bel Air Tremblant provides the perfect home base to explore this captivating area.
The Property at Bel Air Tremblant
The Bel Air Tremblant Resort has over 50 modern chalets and domes to choose from. Each one is unique with features like jacuzzis and saunas, kitchenettes and private outdoor areas with incredible views.
Tucked into the trees and surrounded by mountains, the landscape here is wildly picturesque. Covering 543 acres of peaceful forest, this property is the perfect combination of luxury and tranquillity with a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Amenities include a spa, a gym, a beautiful yoga room, a pool and hot tub, a tennis court, a theatre room, a grocery store, and a serene lake. Furthermore, Bel Air Tremblant offers an adventure centre with a variety of onsite activities.
You can either choose to cook your own food or dine out at one of the two fantastic restaurants on the property. The Bistro offers scrumptious breakfast and lunch items in a contemporary casual setting. A few of our favourite meals here were the Nutella Crêpes, the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon, and the Burger.
Ekki Sushi Tremblant, open for lunch and dinner, is the second dining option. The highly skilled Executive Chef at Ekki imports fish from Japan and uses only top-quality ingredients. We really enjoyed the Dynamite Roll, Chef’s Choice Platter, Gyoza and Spicy Salmon Roll.
Domes & Chalets: Our Favourite Hotel in Mont Tremblant
Accommodations at Bel Air Tremblant Resort are a testament to refined luxury and modern comfort. Whether you choose to stay in one of the elegant pods, spacious chalets, or out-of-this-world domes, you are in for a real treat.
Each dome rental has its own distinctive design surrounded by nature. With private saunas and hot tubs, plush king-sized beds, and an intimate blend of extravagance and seclusion, these domes are the perfect setting for a romantic getaway.
There are 12 different models to choose from so you are sure to find one that suits your desires. We spend our time in the Glass Dome and were completely blown away. The views from our bed were awe-inspiring and we even lucked out with a magical sunset.
We took full advantage of our private deck where we enjoyed coffee, breakfast and yoga every morning. In the evenings, we would open a bottle of wine and take in the splendid views from our personal hot tub and sauna.
The pods are small, unique cottage rentals that remind us of deluxe tiny homes. Each pod has a private sauna and hot tub with a beautiful outdoor living space. With 1-2 bedrooms each, they are ideal for couples or small families.
If you are travelling as a larger group, the chalet rentals offer a selection of 2-5 bedroom cottages. Many of these rentals include a full kitchen, a private hot tub and exquisite mountain views.
Activities at Bel Air Tremblant
Beyond fantastic accommodations and wonderful restaurants, Bel Air Tremblant offers an abundance of activities and amenities to indulge in. From outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing to indoor pleasures at the spa and fitness center, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The adventure center, Action Tremblant, offers a variety of outdoor activities year-round. In the summer months, you can explore the property with 4X4 buggies, fat bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. You can even book a zipline tour with experienced guides.
There is a mini farm that is home to many friendly animals including alpacas, goats, bunnies, horses, chickens, piglets and more. We took a picnic basket and a bottle of wine down to the farm one evening and had the entire place to ourselves for sunset!
In the winter, Action Tremblant offers activities like snowmobiling, dog sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating. This is a truly remarkable destination in any season to combine exploration with relaxation.
Speaking of relaxation, you cannot visit Bel Air Tremblant without a trip to the Ono Spa. We enjoyed a 60-minute massage here and it was absolutely heavenly. Guests of the spa and resort can access the yoga room, gym, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. They also have a woman’s and men’s sauna in each dressing room for spa guests.
